You can get any ol’ set. I just happen to like this one because there are different densities, which are great for people who have severe chronic pain, and are very tight. Other sizes and textures are out there, but I’ve found that this has a good variety if you’re just starting out.

Excellent tool. Can be used multiple ways, beyond what they advertise on their site. This is especially wonderful on the hard to reach spots on the neck, hips, and other areas along the spine.

This is the particular one I have, but I had to work my way up to it. If you are especially tight, this might be too dense and hard. Try a softer variety if that is the case so that you can ease into it.

10 minutes a day, morning or night. It’s great on the low back, joints, and lymph. Moves qi very nicely!

If you have animals and want to prevent having to buy pillows again in case there is an accident, I recommend the waterproof pillow covers that the seller has available.

It is essential to learn the basics of cupping before you start cupping yourself to prevent wounds and injury.
