In this class, we will be exploring the body's language to signal for specific types of care when it comes to burnout from dopamine depletion. We are diving deep into the sources, how overculture conditions us to be addicted to dopamine, and how to sustainably move out of the vicious cycle of constant stimulation and depletion.

This is excellent for folks who are neurodiverse, highly sensitive, struggle with ADHD feel disconnected from their bodies, stuck in a cycle of needing certain stimulants but end up feeling drained after, experience dopamine drops, have chronic fatigue/brain fog/overwhelm, know they need to slow down but feel unsafe to do so, and want to feel equipped to meet life's stressors.
